A.) Oil Filler Bolt
B.) Oil Drain Bolt

2.)After all the fluid has drained out, clean the Drain Bolt and re-install it. Add fluid of the specified type and the correct amount using a measuring glass through the squeeze bottle.

Capacity / Exchanging Capacity: 200ml / 180ml

Note: Capacity depends between scooters brand. For added safety fill it around 200ml.

Use a squeeze bottle with a long tube attached to it.

CAUTION:

To much or insufficient gear oil will affect the engine performance. Always use specified SAE rating. Never use gear oil of different SAE rating. Using the wrong SAE may cause premature transmission components wear. Change gear oil at 1st 300km and then change at every 5000km. Add gear oil whenever it is necessary.

3.) After putting the right amount of gear oil, insert the squeeze bottle with the narrow tube pointing inside the Filler Bolt. Gentle squeeze the bottle's body until it's empty.
Squeeze the bottle's body gently to let the gear oil  in.

4.) After emptying all the gear oil inside the transmission Filler Bolt hole re-install the Filler Bolt and clean any remaining gear oil around the transmission case. Dont forget to clean the Filler Bolt also.

CAUTION:

Do not exceed the specified amount of gear oil. Too much gear oil is added to the transmission case it could be forced into the air cleaner assembly during operations.
